Anna joined Wiltshire Lawyers as a Junior Lawyer in November 2011.

Anna obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University in 2009 and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with The Australian National University in March 2010 whilst working at a law firm in South Australia.

Following completion of her studies in 2010 Anna travelled to Dubai where she worked with International firm, Trowers & Hamlins and gained exposure to legal practice at an International level.

After returning to Australia in 2011 Anna was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in November 2011, recognised by the Supreme Court of Queensland.

Anna is eager to assist Wiltshire Lawyers’ clients with any enquiries you may have.

Issues between parents regarding the Immunisation of a child

In the case of Redden & Mains [2010] FMCAfam 1338 (9 December 2010) this issue was addressed.  From the earliest orders relating to the parenting of the children in the matter, there had been an important, but often overlooked, order in place preventing the children from being immunised. It was the father’s evidence that he only consented to the Injunction to immunisation so he could begin spending time with his daughter.
