Gary practises in all aspects of family law litigation, including property settlement and parenting matters, child support and department of child safety matters and domestic violence hearings. Gary regularly prepares Binding Financial Agreements and can also assist with wills and estate planning issues on the breakdown of relationships.

In 2000 Gary acted in a prominent case which specifically dealt with child safety issues and psychiatric illness.
