Abbi Begs - Senior Associate & QLS Accredited Family Law Specialist
Abbi joined Wiltshire Lawyers as a Senior Associate in 2009.
After completing high school on the Gold Coast in 1996, Abbi obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Justice Studies) with Distinction and Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology in 2001.
Abbi commenced working as an Articled Clerk with a Brisbane CBD firm in 2001 where she obtained experience in a number of areas of law including personal injuries, family law, commercial litigation and property law.
In 2003 Abbi commenced employment at a boutique Family Law Firm Family Law on the Gold Coast.
Abbi was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in September, 2003 and has practised exclusively in Family Law since that time.
Abbi has extensive experience in all aspects of Family Law including complex property matters involving overseas jurisdictions and a broad range of parenting matters involving international child abduction and relocation. Abbi has a particular interest in parenting matters involving third parties such as grandparents or other family members seeking Orders relating to children.
Abbi is a member of Queensland Law Society and the Queensland Family Law Practitioners Association.
Abbi became a Queensland Law Society, Accredited Family Law Specialist in 2009.
Abbi is available to assist those clients who wish to deal with a female Solicitor.
